Aging with pride

I thought todays topic on aging was very interesting. It still floors me that Demi Moore complains that woman over 40 in Hollywood don't get roles of substance. They appear to be cast aside. She says woman should be mad as hell about this. The standard needs to be change. But does changing the standard mean get more plastic surgery? That seems to me your just giving in to what EVERYONE else sees as the norm. But what if there was no norm!!


I go back and forth about plastic surgery. I say I dont see myself getting any, but I've never had children..what if my body changes so much I want surgery? I don't see it happening. I think the gift of a child is worth whatever comes!! I just hope that if I DID get plastic surgery it would be for ME..not to have the body that EVERYONE thinks I should have.
