My assignment was to get into the GemsTV auditions. Get some audio of potential GemsTV hosts and bring back the goods!! I felt like a real Private I...until it was my turn. I don't know how it happened but something came over me and I said to myself YES! Yes, I too can sell diamonds!!! They are a girls best friend, right?!
The next thing I know I'm up there showing the producers that I can sell a diamond and topaz ring. It was like my very own American Idol audition, minus mean old Simon Cowell. However, there was a strange British man at the producers table. Maybe he was there to intimidate the actors?! Hmmm...maybe.
No matter!! I was GOING FOR IT ....check it out!

Hi Connie,
I was at the callback auditions in Reno on June 16 also. Did you get offered one of the hosting spots? Your did a wonderful job on your tape. How on earth did you get a copy of your audition tape? Also, I heard that everyone is now in talent pool for future spots if they need people. Update me if you have a chance. Take care.
