Start! Heart Walk 2008 was a success this past Sunday. Thanks to everyone who came out and showed their support. We CAN make a difference!! Its events like the Heart Walk that help fight Heart Disease and Stroke. Know that your hard work and fundraising will help save lives. THANKS FOR BEING A COMMUNITY THAT CARES!!
