Neighbors helping Neighbors is a great initiative, however, we want to warn your readers about one of the local companies that recently posted an offer on your site: MTS Stoneworks, who say they specialize in Tile & Natural Stone fabrication & installation.
We recently hired them for a project which they they failed to complete; they have taken our 50% labor down payment for work they did not begin, yet they refuse to return payments. Some of the work violated building codes and MTS refused to correct. They also managed to put a nail through our underfloor heating and did not replace the damaged tile work.
They have cost us many thousands of dollars in having to hire someone else to either correct or do their work. We certainly do not want any of your readers to have the same unfortunate experience
Our advice is, at all costs, do not use this company
